Agency enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, Phone / WhatsApp, destination, departure city, departure date and group size. You may also provide an email address, preferred return date, accommodation and transport preferences, interests, travel-document readiness, currency preference and a message. These details are emailed to the agency and saved privately in WordPress for authorised agency administrators to respond. Do not include passports, payment card details or other sensitive documents in this form.
How long details are kept
We review enquiries after 180 days and remove details when they are no longer required for the enquiry or an agreed booking. Contact us to request access, correction or removal of your enquiry information.
Partner bookings
Trip.com links take you to a separate service with its own privacy and booking terms. The optional search widget connects to Trip.com only when you open it. Berudah may earn a commission through eligible affiliate bookings.
Preferences and website measurement
The site saves your chosen color and motion preferences in your browser. Where enabled, Google website measurement helps us understand how visitors use the site. We do not include your enquiry message or contact details in website measurement events.
